There are many hesitations involved, we would like to put your mind at ease with this process. CONTEGO extends the best possible return policy to make sure that you are happy with the frames purchased on our site. 

Customer satisfaction is always our top priority, and as such we handle each query on an individual basis to the best of our ability. While we hope that you are delighted with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods we will happily offer you a full refund or exchange.

  • We will issue you with a Return Number required to proceed the return/exchange.
  • Print out your email confirmation with your Return Number  and enclose it with the item(s) you wish to return. If an item is faulty, please contact ( and visit the Warranty Section of our website, immediately.
  • You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.




International Customers

We cannot cover shipping costs to exchange your purchase. If you wish to return/exchange your purchase, you must cover shipping costs associated with the return/exchange. 


All successfully returned items will be credited to the account used to originally purchase the items, less any shipping, taxes or import duties incurred.
